Ticketing Policies and FAQ
Lost or Misplaced Tickets
Call the Ticket Office at (734) 764-2538 to have duplicate tickets waiting for you at Will Call.
Duplicate tickets cannot be mailed.
Refunds & Exchanges
Ticket purchases and handling fees are non-refundable.
Ticket holders may exchange tickets for a $4 per ticket exchange fee up until 48 hours prior to the performance. Exchanged tickets must be received by the Ticket Office (by mail or in person) at least 48 hours prior to the performance. You may fax a photocopy of your torn tickets to (734) 647-1171
Lost or misplaced tickets cannot be exchanged.
Processing & Handling Fees
Please note, there is a $2 per-ticket handling fee for all phone and web orders. There is no fee for tickets purchased at the Michigan League or the night of the show.

At the Door
Pending availability, you can also buy tickets beginning 60 minutes prior to curtain at the Power Center for the Performing Arts Box office. Please note that tickets are more expensive at the door.
